Pat has been a REALTOR® for over 25 years. She possesses a knowledge of Fort Myers real estate market that is unmatched. Although diligent and hardworking, she has a low key approach to real estate.
When not working, she sincerely enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Golf, tennis, walking, swimming and hiking as well as watching sunsets and Fine Dining (check out her Favorite Restaurants)! Pat stayed home to raise her son Matt and daughter Christie prior to going out into the work force.
After nine years with the Health Department, in Indiana, Pat said “I’m a warm blooded person and need SUNSHINE”. MOVING TO FT. MYERS IN 1984 – UNAWARE THAT SHE WAS ABOUT TO FALL IN LOVE with the area.
It did not take long for the sunshine and beaches to capture her heart. Her kids loved it too. After going away to school, they returned to Ft. Myers to continue their careers, marry and begin their families here.
Pat and her husband Frank are Members of Gulf Harbour Yacht, Golf and Country Club and reside in the community. Member of Ft. Myers Board of Realtors National Association of Realtors, Pat prides herself on service, Before, During and After the Sale!

Matt Warner grew up in Ft. Myers and has resided along the McGregor corridor for over 30 years. He is an avid boater and fisherman enjoying many years on the water from SW Florida to the Keys.
Matt’s 15 year background in new custom home construction, home design and customer service gives a depth of experience that is professional, creative and personal. He worked closely with each client to help them make wise decisions during all phases of design and construction.
